UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is now offering a HYBRID CNA Trainee Program!! Partly online, partly in person.
Next class starts july 20, 2026!

The first and third week of the program and are instructed completely online! The second and fourth week of the class is hybrid, a combination of online coursework and in person instruction. During the fourth week of instruction, and you will start your career with UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health in clinical training. Once the four-week program is completed you will take the NYS certification exam!
The classroom and clinical instruction must take place on campus, at our Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, NY.
Candidates that have not completed all online materials will not be able to attend clinical instruction. Candidates that do complete all the required online course work will be offered $1500 BONUS and are guaranteed a CNA position with us after receiving their certification!

Starting Hourly Salary
$20.00
*Hourly pay starts during the fourth week at organizational orientation and onsite clinical. Online portion of the program is unpaid.*
Once certified pay ranges from 21.12-25.24 per hour
