The University currently offers the degrees of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Biomedical Sciences, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy enrolling over 550 students annually. Interprofessional education partnerships with other universities adds another 100 students to the population. General Summary

The Assistant/Associate/Professor of Dentistry will provide clinical and classroom instruction in Endodontics to pre-doctoral dental students at our community-based clinics. Academic rank will be awarded based on clinical and academic experience.

  • Provides classroom and clinical instruction in Endodontic therapy
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental needs

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Required: DMD/DDS

Experience

  • Required: Minimum 6 years of clinical practice or teaching experience
  • Preferred: Specialty Certification in Endodontics from a CODA-accredited program. Board certification in Endodontics is desired
  • Required: Licensure and specialty certification in Endodontics in Washington State
  • Preferred: Clinical skills experience
