- BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist/Job Coaches to join our team.
- In this role, Job Coaches provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings.
- Job Coaches assist individuals in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing the skills needed to maintain long-term success at work.
