What You'll Do As an RBT at The Helm ABA, you’ll work hands-on with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to build essential skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support long-term progress. You’ll be supported by a collaborative, mentorship-focused team that truly values learning and professional development. Your Day-to-Day Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children following individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs Collect and track data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions Partner with families by coaching them on reinforcing positive behaviors at home Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team to ensure consistency and success Maintain accurate, organized documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities What We’re Looking For Experience working with children (education, childcare, coaching, or similar roles) Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset Patience, professionalism, and confidence in managing challenging behaviors Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (no nights or weekends) Why The Helm ABA?
