At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Position overview
In this role, you will
- Provide pediatric speech therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of an SLP
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist
- Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
- Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient updates and concerns
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Flexible schedule options
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Customizable schedules with 8–25 visits per week

Qualifications
- Active Arizona SLPA license
- CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work under supervision in a home health setting
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
