At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR/OTD/OTR/L/MSOT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Position overview
In this role, you will
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
- Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs
- Optional supervision opportunities for COTAs
- Flexible schedule options
- W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
- Customizable schedules with 8–25 visits per week

Qualifications
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (OT/OTR/OTD/OTR-L/MSOT)

- Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
