Position overview

In this role, you will

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress
  • Educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs
  • Optional supervision opportunities for COTAs
  • Flexible schedule options
  • W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
  • Customizable schedules with 8–25 visits per week

Qualifications
