Key Responsibilities

● Implements and executes an individualized client treatment plan under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. ● Addresses client needs relative to daily living, motor and play skills, sensory integration, and more to promote independence. ● Communicates with clients, families, referring physicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and other members of the team. ● Provides timely documentation per company and department requirements. ● Provides timely written documentation as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements. ● Attends weekly ancillary service meetings with other professionals. ● Reports any changes in client status or treatment needs to Supervising Occupational Therapist when appropriate. ● Meets or exceeds the productivity standards as established by the company. ● Uses professional judgment to ensure safety of self, clients, and other professionals. ● Maintains quality client care through interdisciplinary communication. ● Effectively communicates with Supervising Occupational Therapists concerning clients’ response to treatment plan. ● Attends in-services, training sessions or other meetings relevant to efficient and effective treatment services. ● Coordinates treatment goals with other team members. ● Maintains valid licensure, certification or equivalent as requested by appropriate state agency.

Schedule and Shift Details
