  • Overview: As a BCBA, you will oversee the full clinical process for your assigned clients—from assessments and treatment planning to supervision and parent training. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring services remain individualized, data-driven, and focused on meaningful progress.

  • Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical accuracy and consistency Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) Analyze client progress data and make appropriate program modifications Conduct parent training to support carryover and generalization of skills Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and funding-source requirements Manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism Collaborate with families and team members to ensure effective service delivery

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience working with children with autism and developmental needs preferred Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines consistently Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Experience with data collection and electronic documentation systems required Familiarity with the Rethink platform is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
