Conduct FIEs and REEDs for students (0-18 years old) referred for special education placement Participate in the development of individual educational plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers, parents, and community agencies to devise effective intervention strategies Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) committee meetings to contribute to appropriate placement and IEP development Utilize and manage testing kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools Maintain accurate records and compile reports for AIM and school/district requirements Monitor and submit hours through Quickbooks for AIM Collaborate on various tasks and duties as assigned by the Director(s) of Evaluation Support or other AIM leaders EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field Bilingual - Spanish Licensed in the state of Texas Proven experience in child development and psychological assessment for children (0-18 years old) COMPETENCIES Proficient in using test kits, diagnostic software, and special education management tools Strong report writing skills Effective time management and punctuality Professional email and messaging etiquette Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office WORKING CONDITIONS Communication conducted via Slack, email, and Zoom with Directors and colleagues Occasional travel may be required Light lifting and carrying of test materials may be necessary BENEFITS AVAILABLE FOR EMPLOYEES Enjoy a flexible schedule and a 40-hour maximum per week.
