- Punahou Aquatics is seeking a Aquatics Specialist II (Assistant Waterpolo Coach).
- The ideal candidate will work with students ranging from 12-18 years old that are in both the developmental and competitive phase of the sport.
- The position will require mornings and/or evening practices during the week as well as the possibility of working weekends.
Position Details
Work Year: 1.5 Months School Year: Summer School 2026 Work Hours: Tuesdays, 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM; Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Schedule will vary based on operational needs. Minimum Hourly Rate*: $17.00/Hour - Compensation is commensurate with qualifications. *Punahou School offers a comprehensive total rewards program that includes competitive pay. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant training and experience, and internal equity.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. One (1) year of recent waterpolo coaching experience and/or equivalent experience. Water Safety Instructor certification and/or equivalent experience. Have/willing to obtain necessary USA Waterpolo Certifications. Leadership experience preferred. Positive, energetic and team oriented.
