The Instructional Assistant supports faculty by facilitating classroom instruction, grading, and preparing lessons. They also provide academic support through weekly office hours and one-on-one tutoring for students.
A completed Bachelor's degree and successful coursework in Theology, Ministry, or Divinity are required. Candidates must reside in Arizona and have strong communication skills, with previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
