  • Two Shifts Available For This Small Summer Camp -7am to 3pm -845am to 5pm -$1.00 Differential for pick up and drop off hours

Our Summer Camp Counselors bring energy, patience, and heart to every day to meet our goals of being safe and having fun. The team supports youth of all abilities through structured activities, sensory‑friendly fun, and positive social experiences in a compassionate, team‑centered environment. Participants may have intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

Support daily camp activities with enthusiasm, flexibility, and professionalism Build positive relationships with campers through encouragement and connection Assist with transitions, routines, and behavior‑support strategies modeled by the Camp Lead Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all campers Communicate clearly with teammates and follow daily schedules Uphold safety protocols and complete required documentation

Requirements

Experience working with youth (camps, childcare, classrooms, recreation, or similar) Experience in behavioral health, respite, ABA, or special education preferred Flexibility to follow structured daily routines and adjust as needed Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help kids grow Ability to stay calm, upbeat, and solution‑focused Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Ability to pass background checks and onboarding requirements Why You’ll Love Working Here
