The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking three certified Lead Infant Teachers to join our infant program. This role focuses on creating a nurturing and responsive classroom environment where infants develop secure attachments, early communication skills, and confidence through consistent daily routines and sensory exploration.

This position is ideal for experienced early childhood educators who enjoy leading a classroom and supporting children during their earliest developmental stages.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision Plan and implement developmentally appropriate sensory learning activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Support assistant teachers and maintain consistent classroom structure Observe and document developmental progress Communicate regularly with families regarding daily routines and milestones Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification required Prior infant classroom experience strongly preferred Experience leading or supporting an infant classroom preferred Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving practices Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
