Communicate effectively with parents about camper progress and behavior. Assist in maintaining equipment and facilities in top condition. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Previous experience working with children in a camp or sports setting. Strong knowledge of various sports and coaching techniques. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about youth sports. Must be available for the entire camp duration. Background check required prior to employment.
