Profess faith in Jesus Christ and demonstrate a growing relationship with Him Believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God Support the school’s Statement of Faith and Christian mission Demonstrate spiritual maturity through personal conduct, prayer life, and church involvement Serve as a Christ-like role model in attitude, speech, and actions Maintain a lifestyle consistent with biblical standards and school policies Actively participate in a Bible-believing local church Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred ACSI certification or State Teaching Certification preferred Prior teaching experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Basic technology proficiency including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families Personal Characteristics The ideal candidate will:

Be enthusiastic, flexible, and team-oriented Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff Handle responsibilities with emotional maturity and good judgment Show initiative, leadership, and a servant-hearted attitude Maintain a clean, professional, and modest appearance consistent with school expectations Essential Responsibilities Spiritual Leadership

Model Christian character and biblical values Integrate faith and biblical principles into classroom instruction and activities Encourage students in spiritual growth and Christian character development Maintain a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment Instruction & Classroom Leadership

Teach assigned subjects according to curriculum standards and school expectations Develop engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners Use a variety of instructional methods and classroom resources Assess student learning regularly and communicate progress effectively with parents Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events School & Administrative Responsibilities

Maintain accurate attendance, grade, and student records Attend staff meetings, professional development, and school functions Collaborate with administration and fellow staff members Assist with supervision duties, extracurricular activities, and special events as assigned Follow school policies and safety procedures Support the mission, vision, and growth of the school community Equal Employment Statement Employment is contingent upon agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith, lifestyle expectations, and mission of Christian education.

Requirements

Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree and ACSI or State Teaching Certification, along with a profession of faith in Jesus Christ. Professionalism, emotional maturity, and a commitment to the school's Statement of Faith are required.
