The Long-Term Substitute is responsible for teaching standard-based curriculum to students while the regular teacher is absent. This includes counseling students, monitoring behavior, preparing educational materials, and communicating with parents and staff.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field and possess a valid Colorado teaching license. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to equity and support for all students.
