Purpose of position
The Athletics Facility staff at the University of North Dakota is in search of dedicated, hard-working students that will be able to assist our staff with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills to assist in both the operational and administrative functions of the program.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the Assistant Athletics Director of Facilities and Project Management with areas of game operations, facilities, and equipment services
- Assistance with event set-up at the Fritz Pollard Center
- other duties as assigned in different facilities operations by Athletics
- Minimum requirements
- Punctual, responsible, and accountable for completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- Current UND student, enrolled in a minimum of one credit during the semester of employment.
- Successful completion of criminal history background check (CHBC).
