Do you have a soft spot for babies and toddlers? Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a warm, patient Infant & Toddler Aide to join our afternoon team β€” no mornings, no weekends, no evenings.

We're a high-quality, inclusive Montessori-inspired child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. This position is specifically in our Infant and Toddler classrooms, where your nurturing presence makes all the difference.

  • ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ βœ… what you'll do ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
  • Assist lead teachers in caring for infants and toddlers (6 weeks–24 months)
  • Help with diapering, feeding, bottle prep, and nap time routines
  • Engage babies and toddlers in age-appropriate sensory play and learning
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Support children's social-emotional development with patience and care
  • Communicate warmly with families and work as part of a team

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Infant/Toddler experience strongly preferred (childcare center, nanny, or family care)
  • 45-hour Infant/Toddler Child Development training preferred β€” or willingness to complete
  • Gentle, patient, and reliable with a genuine love for babies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
