The Behavioral Wellness Coach provides classroom-based behavioral support and implements PBIS-aligned interventions to improve student emotional regulation. They collaborate with educators and clinical supervisors to design behavior action plans and provide immediate crisis response.
Candidates must hold active Wellness Coach and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certifications. A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in school-based behavioral support.

The Behavioral Wellness Coach (BWC) plays a vital role in supporting student well-being and academic success by promoting positive behavior strategies and providing classroom-based behavioral support. This position serves collaborates with educators, school staff, and clinical supervisors to implement PBIS-aligned interventions and reinforce emotionally regulated, pro-social behavior among students.
Supervision is provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Program Coordinator. BWCs hold Wellness Coach and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certifications and are trained in applied behavior analysis, classroom coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
The incumbent in this position has no supervisory responsibilities.
