Manage an assigned caseload of children and adolescents within Harford County schools by providing ongoing mental health therapy. Responsibilities include completing psychosocial assessments, developing person-centered treatment plans, and maintaining documentation in a cloud-based EHR.
Requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and a valid Maryland license to provide mental health treatment. Experience in community-based psychotherapy and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Balance Point Wellness is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare (ACHC). We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness center that provides counseling/psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and wellness services to individuals and families in Maryland. We are located in Baltimore, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have Telehealth division and a school-based program in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools.
We are seeking talented staff members to join our team! Balance Point Wellness, LLC is seeking qualified licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, Psychologist, etc.) to provide mental health therapy to children and adolescents in Harford County schools.
We offer 10-month salaried, Fee-for-service, and 1099 positions. Fee for Service and 1099 positions have no cap on how much you can make!
*Please note this is not a Guidance Counselor position. This is a Mental Health Therapist position within the Harford County schools.*
