The instructor will prepare students for successful completion of the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam and entry-level employment in the healthcare field.

- Responsibilities: Teach phlebotomy courses in accordance with curriculum standards and program objectives Provide hands-on instruction in venipuncture, capillary collection, infection control, safety, and patient care procedures Monitor student progress, attendance, and competency development Maintain accurate records and submit grades and reports in a timely manner Ensure compliance with all safety, accreditation, and institutional policies Support students in preparation for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification exam Qualifications Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) credential required; NHA certification preferred Minimum of two years of recent phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting Minimum of two years teaching, training, or on-the-job training experience Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse student populations in both classroom and lab environments
