- What you’ll do
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with IEPs
- Support students academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally
- Implement accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, teachers, related service providers, and families
- Track student progress and maintain documentation aligned to IEP goals
- Help create safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environments
- Support students through transitions, emotional regulation, and daily routines
- What we’re looking for
- Candidates with valid Ohio Teaching License and willingness to obtain Ohio Intervention Specialist license [https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure/licensure-pathways/supplemental-intervention-specialist]

- Leave: Certified staff accumulate sick leave monthly, which can be applied to personal illness, medical appointments, or family medical emergencies.
