We are hiring Intervention Specialists in the Reynoldsburg, OH area to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across K–12 settings.

• What you’ll do
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with IEPs
• Support students academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, teachers, related service providers, and families
• Track student progress and maintain documentation aligned to IEP goals
• Help create safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environments
• Support students through transitions, emotional regulation, and daily routines

• What we’re looking for
• Candidates with valid Ohio Teaching License and willingness to obtain Ohio Intervention Specialist license [https://sboe.ohio.gov/educator-licensure/licensure-pathways/supplemental-intervention-specialist]
• Preferred experience includes:
• Supporting students on the autism spectrum
• Behavioral intervention/de-escalation
• Multiple Disabilities (MD)
• Functional or life-skills instruction
• Classroom or 1:1 student support

• Leave: Certified staff accumulate sick leave monthly, which can be applied to personal illness, medical appointments, or family medical emergencies.
• Vacation/Holidays: Certified teachers do not receive traditional "vacation days" because they operate on a standard 9-month academic calendar. However, the current REA contract includes
• 4 paid holidays alongside standard seasonal district closures (Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks).

• Certified educators in Reynoldsburg bypass Social Security and are required to enroll in the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio).
