After-School Program Associate

The associate will design and lead engaging group activities, ranging from physical education to stem projects, while providing dedicated homework assistance and small-Group tutoring to students. Responsibilities also include maintaining active supervision, implementing positive behavior management, assisting with daily operations like attendance, and communicating professionally with parents during pick-Up.

Candidates must possess genuine enthusiasm for working with children and youth, align with the mission of supporting students, and have a minimum of 48 college credit hours. A background check, livescan, and potential other clearances are mandatory prior to working with students, and being bilingual in spanish is considered a plus.
