Market context

California BII roles remain in steady demand

In California, Behavior Intervention Implementation Associate roles are typically tied to school-based support for students with disabilities, especially those with autism, so demand often follows district staffing needs and special education caseloads. These roles are competitive because employers usually want an associate’s degree or 48 college units, one year of relevant experience, and ABA training, with RBT certification preferred. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page to save time, then confirm your ABA background and student-support experience before applying.
