Market context
School nursing roles in North Carolina often see steady demand, especially for licensed LPNs and RNs who can cover student care during the school day. These positions can be competitive because employers look for active North Carolina or compact-state licensure, current in-person CPR, and recent TB testing; this posting also notes weekly pay, bonuses, incentives for high-need cases, and telehealth. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and CPR/TB documentation before applying.
