Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. starting at $20.00/hour

What you will do

As a Senior Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and create an atmosphere that supports students' needs. You’ll monitor and document student behavior at night and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan. This position assists with training Coach Counselors in coaching techniques, group interactions, and program requirements. This position may require receiving state training as a Medication Aide to assist with the morning medication pass for our youth. This is an awake night position.

To be considered, you should

Possess at least 2 years of post-high school education ~ 2 years of experience working with youth ~ be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test, ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
