Qualifications A high school diploma and experience leading group exercise is preferred. A minimum of 18 years of age. Knowledge of basic exercise science, biomechanics principles and fitness class leadership is required. Ability to successfully demonstrate aerobic choreography. Verbally provide clear concise directions and visually inspect classroom for safety Maintain current certifications in CPR AED, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention and New Employee Orientation or the ability to obtain within 60-90 days of employment.
