Job Description

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients! This role is a Full-Time position & on-site at our Fort Worth clinic! Compensation: Competitive annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assessments/evaluations Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with

  • Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions Co-treat with our Speech Supervisor, BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
