  • Duties: The Extra Help Assistant - Leadership Academy assists the Office of Corporate and Community Education with the university's premier corporate training and professional development program, the Leadership Academy. This position is primarily administrative and clerical, supporting instructors with materials preparation and providing a high-quality experience to program participants. The Extra Help Assistant is responsible for providing unskilled, semi-skilled labor or performing basic office tasks in a state agency or institution. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare educational materials for Leadership Academy; Assist with Leadership Academy participant assessments; Be accessible to colleagues through email and scheduled appointments; Carry out other duties as assigned.
