What is needed for this job: High School degree or equivalent.
2 years (2500 hours) verified childcare experience.
The responsibilities we will trust you with: Assist in planning and implementing dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered.
Cultivate a sensitive, patient childcare environment for both children and families.
Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment.
Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
