🎯 Expectations
- Provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting. Be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client. Train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.
