Who We Are

Born in San Diego in 2007, Club Pilates has grown into a nationwide community bringing Pilates to hundreds of thousands of people. Rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method and modernized for today, our classes combine smart programming, state-of-the-art equipment, and group energy, all at an accessible price point. We believe Pilates leads to a fuller, more empowered life. We believe strength is built through control, consistency, and curiosity. And we believe you can start anytime. The Role We’re looking for an instructor who genuinely loves Pilates and cares about helping people feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their bodies. If you’re energetic, personable, open to feedback, and excited to build relationships with both clients and teammates, you’ll thrive here. Our instructors confidently teach all levels, create safe yet challenging classes, and bring their own personality into the room — while staying true to the Club Pilates method. You’ll lead dynamic, apparatus-based group classes using Balanced Body Reformers.
