We are seeking a passionate Training and LMS Coordinator to coordinates all aspects of staff training and compliance while managing the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), currently Relias or any other future platform adopted by the organization.
The coordinator ensures that every team member receives timely, accessible, and compliant learning opportunities. This role combines administrative excellence, data integrity, and customer service to strengthen workforce development and support ongoing quality improvement across the agency.

- $60,000 for this full-time exempt position

What We’re Looking For
Experience leading outpatient clinical teams is a must!
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination, HR support, or learning administration.
Proficiency with Relias or similar or technically savvy.
Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
