Deliver Montessori lessons and individualized instruction across core subjects, including language, mathematics, science, cultural studies, geography, and practical life. Support students in developing executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, responsibility, independence, and self-motivation. Promote social-emotional growth by guiding students in grace and courtesy, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and respect for others. Observe students regularly and maintain accurate records of academic, behavioral, and developmental progress to inform instruction. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and readiness levels of all learners. Design hands-on, engaging learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and real-world application. Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with families regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with assistants, specialists, and colleagues to support student success and effective classroom operations. Supervise students throughout the school day, including transitions, lunch, outdoor play, field trips, and dismissal, ensuring safety and well-being.
