- Franklin, TN 37167Mercy Community Healthcare has an opening for a School-Based Therapist in Marshall County. We are looking for enthusiastic people with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those we serve in our community. As a school-based therapist you will provide therapy to clients within the school setting.

- Responsibilities: You will be providing therapeutic individual and group counseling services for clients and their families in a school setting through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and referral process. You will respond to school crises with support of supervisor and administration team. You will complete clinical documentation as required by the agency. You will treat clients and co-workers with respect and promote an awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural backgrounds and needs of the clients served. You will provide consultation and training to the school, administrators, and service providers with the support of SBT Leadership. Other duties assigned by supervisor as required.

- Qualifications
- Education: A master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or another related field.
Experience
- You must be fully licensed or temporary licensed in Tennessee as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW.

- Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required. Above average organizational skills and attention to detail abilities required. Above average time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines required. Above average analytical and problem-solving skills required. Basic Microsoft office skills required. Basic eCW skills desired.
