Job description

Kids First is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Alaska team. This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility of telehealth services combined with required in-person supervision and client support. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and providers. Monthly travel within Alaska is required for in-person supervision, assessments, and client support as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluations Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB standards Deliver parent training (minimum 2 hours monthly when clinically appropriate) Provide direct services and supervision via telehealth and in-home settings Travel monthly for in-person client supervision and support Maintain timely and accurate documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, session notes) Ensure treatment plans meet insurance and medical necessity requirements Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development About Kids First At Kids First, we are committed to creating a world where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
