Speech Language Pathologist

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Hamilton Township, NJ in a full-time school-based position! Position Details

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatrics) Placement: Exclusive school assignment — no travel required Pay Range: $65–$70/hour Compensation: Full school day covered, including prep time, documentation time, and lunch Clinical Fellows: Receive direct supervision

Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide therapy to support speech and language development Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to required guidelines
