Speech Language Pathologist

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team near Newark, NJ! This is a full-time opportunity in a school-based pediatric setting—and we’re passionate about making a meaningful impact on every child’s developmental journey. Position Details

Setting: School-Based (Pediatric) Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday Pay: $55-$70/hour Compensation includes: Full school day coverage—prep time, documentation, and lunch include CF Support: Direct supervision provided

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide targeted therapy to support communication skill development Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulations

Requirements

NJ School Certification Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
