The ABA Squad Student Analyst Program is designed for graduate students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience under expert BCBA supervision while earning unrestricted supervision hours toward your BCBA certification.

What You'll Gain

Unrestricted BCBA supervision hours Hands-on clinical training with direct client contact Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Practice administering skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS) Experience developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Training in implementing skill acquisition programs Supervision and parent training experience Mentorship from experienced BCBAs in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program (required) Experience working with children (preferred) Passion for applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
