- We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and energetic Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to join our team.
- As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum by implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Your role will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while promoting independence and confidence.

Responsibilities
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Teach communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills Collect and record accurate session data Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment Communicate professionally with caregivers and team members Follow all company and clinical documentation requirements
Qualifications
Passion for working with children and individuals with autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, reliability, and professionalism Ability to build rapport with clients and families Willingness to learn and grow within the ABA field Previous ABA or childcare experience preferred, but not required RBT certification preferred (training available for qualified candidates) Experience with CentralReach, Catalyst, or similar ABA software is a plus Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to run for short increments if necessary Ability to actively engage with children throughout therapy sessions Apply Today!
