Cheer experience (playing or coaching) preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and ability to work with elementary-aged students Willingness to learn and grow within the program Commitment to the mission and values of Adventure Christian School Physical Requirements Position requires moderate physical exertion associated with the ability to lift, carry, push, pull or climb. Position requires physical capability for sustained physical work, requires strength and endurance associated with moderate physical effort. Position requires moderate physical effort while performing continuous moderate lifting. Lifting 50 lbs. maximum or carrying an object up to 25 lbs.
