As an On-Call Substitute Teacher, you'll play a mission-critical role in keeping learning on track — stepping in seamlessly to deliver high-quality instruction and maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment. Your primary responsibility is to increase student achievement by consistently implementing ChanceLight endorsed instructional practices and strategies, while ensuring full alignment with district and state policies.
