Responsibilities

  • Assign service providers to clients and students receiving therapy or educational services from Metro Therapy.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure services are performed as required in the IEP or IFSP depending on the age of the child and the program they are enrolled in.
  • Track new and incoming evaluations and requests for services.
  • Communicate with parents, teachers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders as needed to facilitate collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the billing department to resolve issues with notes, claims, or invoices.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for all students and clients.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field is required. Must have 1 or more years of experience working in childcare, education, or healthcare administration.
