  • Support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences
  • Take initiative and proactively assist with classroom needs and daily routines
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Encourage open, positive communication with families to support each child’s development
  • Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with your teaching team to support children socially, emotionally, and academically
  • Assist with additional duties as requested by school leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a licensed preschool setting
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR CDA certification
