• Be able to walk quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, sit, stand, grab or hold with one or both hands.
• To be able to lift up to 40lbs without difficulty
• To maintain appropriate demeanor and professional classroom behavior when working with children and adults

Salary Range

• $42,000- $53,000 4 Day Work Week Monday-Thursday 166 Contract Days Benefits: Employer Paid Single Coverage Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan = $10,054 annual value! • Valid teaching credential appropriate to their teaching assignment; all teachers will be hired based on being highly qualified per No Child Left Behind (NCLB) specifications CLDE endorsement required
• If teaching Special Education, a current Colorado teaching license with SpED endorsement required
• Teaching experience appropriate to the assignment
• Demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the NAS mission;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
