The coach is responsible for conducting regular soccer training sessions focused on fundamental skill development and game understanding. They must also foster a safe, inclusive environment while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship among young athletes.
Candidates must have experience playing or coaching soccer at a youth or amateur level and possess basic knowledge of soccer rules and techniques. CPR and First Aid certification, along with legal authorization to work in the US, are required.
This position can support across multiple programs provided by EAFC, including Mini Allies, Grassroots, Junior Allies, and Camps/ Clinics, as assigned by the Grassroots Director.
