Job description

  • High Point Academy in Saddle Rock, CO is a licensed childcare center seeking a Lead Infant Teachers To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED, the ability to pass all background checks,Colorado Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 1+ or Formal Education/ECE Experience preferred.

  • Our Hiring Process: Resume screen Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) On-site interview with Center Director (30-60 minutes) Q&A Classroom observation Offer Main Job Responsibilities: Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed.
  • This includes covering staff members’ breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts.
  • Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
  • Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher.
  • Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
