Lehigh Children’s Academy is a Pennsylvania Keystone Stars childcare center and 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 Top Workplace winner located in Lower Macungie Township. • Teacher you will: Prepare and implement lesson plans for use with children/families. Partner with families to identify priorities for their child and the family. Train and support family/caregivers to attain outcomes established in intervention plans. Document daily activities of children, report on progress quarterly and create the classroom newsletter. Classroom management and room arrangement. Nurture and support children between the ages of six weeks to six years old. Provide redirection and positive guidance to children. Implement long and short-term goals for children in the classroom. Provide experiences that promote cognitive, social, physical and language development. Develop meaningful relationships with children, coworkers, families, and anyone involved in the child’s care.
