Lotus Learning Group has a part-time opening for a Teacher of Students with Disabilities or a NJ Certified Substitute with experience with the special needs population and enjoys working with BEAUTIFUL students with special needs. Position is for a small regional day school in Essex County, NJ.
The hours are Monday - Friday, approximately 8
00AM to 2:30PM. 1/2 lunch
The successful candidate will have
Special education experience Strong knowledge of life skills curriculum Experience with a multiply disabled population ABA experience preferred. NJ DOE Standard Teacher of Students with Disabilities (or Teacher of the Handicapped) certification Or possess a NJ DOE Substitute Certification with experience with special needs students minimum of 1year teaching experience, experience in the classroom as a substitute and/or paraprofessional with a substitute certification NJ Sick hours offered & RetireReadyNJ optional
