Encourage social and communication skills in children ages 3–17. Support developmental milestones through play and structured activities. Create safe, engaging environments for learning and exploration. Provide consistent care that promotes independence and confidence.

Qualifications

Experience supporting children with special needs. Availability Weekday Late Afternoons/Evenings or Weekends. Strong communication skills and compassionate approach. Reliable transportation and weekend availability. Minimum age: 18; High school diploma or GED required. Pay Range: $21–$24 per hour
